It is a pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Edward Crumpton. Edward is the owner of Southern Classic Homes, Inc. His knowledge of the building industry includes: reputable sub-contractors, updated knowledge of building materials and frequent onsite management.

My husband and I have built three custom homes in the last 12 years. Throughout our experiences we have learned that good communication and accessibility of the builder are key elements in a successful building process. In the planning phase Edward listened to what we wanted in our home. Then, in the actual building process he continued to listen and communicate changes/modifications to the sub-contractors. Finally, Edward has followed through on the completion of the punch list and last minute details. Edward possesses both communication skills and a willingness to work with the homeowner.

The whole experience is a team effort between builder and homeowner. Edward is indeed a team player. In dealing with Edward there is genuine interest in seeing the project complete.
